SoleFit Orthotics was excited to partner up with Good Guys Tri in April to produce the videos and articles below on strengthening the feet and lower legs .  SoleFit Pedorthist Neil Rosenthal demonstrates 7 Basic / 4 Advanced foot and lower leg strengthening exercises to compliment the minimalist approach and/or simply to strengthen the feet of runners and the general public.  For simplicity, GoodGuysTri produced 2 separate movies.  The first video demonstrates all ‘basic’ exercises and the second video demonstrates all ‘advanced’ exercises.

We’d like to take this opportunity to again thank Good Guys Tri and Mike Herzog for all the work in putting this together and all the good that they do!
