Performance/Recovery Assessment

The Performance/Recovery assessment consists of an extensive intake leading to a 60 minute consultation to get to the bottom of our client’s lifestyle goals  and challenges to performing their best. By getting a better understanding of life/training balance and evaluating factors like sleep, chronic injury, energy patterns and nutrition, we can dig deeper and find the best ways to make improvements for optimal daily performance or to meet specific outcomes.

So much of what we do to maintain best health are a series of actions turned into habits. In this assessment our goal is to give you an idea of what actions are specifically suited to your needs for those best outcomes whether for faster recovery, better energy, improved healing, positive mood,  or a mix of it all.  Our Recovery Lounge becomes the outlet for this assessment to use advanced tools on the cutting edge of recovery to stack results in your favour!

    Based on the initial assessment, future visits to the Recovery Lounge are curated and customized depending on your lifestyle/performance goals. We want to ensure each visit is maximized!

    We tend to be quite good at working our bodies hard and often miss out on the importance of recovery. Booked sessions in the Recovery Lounge are a great way to make deposits back into the bank of health!

We are excited to now have a unique space for building better wellness, fitness, and performance that combines the best of old practices along with the newest recovery technology. The Recovery Lounge is an experience where each client is offered a unique curation of tools including light therapy, percussion tools, compression devices, mobility products, movement practices, breath-work, meditation, and neuro-feedback.  Our goal is to provide a unique session that facilitates quicker recovery and optimal health!

    Neuropriming

    How does it work? 

    Halo's soft foam Primers deliver a small amount of electrical stimulation to the brain's motor cortex. This can drastically increase the speed at which you'll remember new skills or muscle movements.

    How does it work? 

    The Muse works through EEG- Neurofeedback technology. It measures your brains activity using EEG sensors. It uses 7 finely tuned sensors to measure the activity in your brain and get real time feedback.

    How does it work?
