SoleFit was excited to partner up with Good Guys Tri in April to produce the videos and articles below on strengthening the feet and lower legs .  SoleFit Pedorthist Neil Rosenthal demonstrates 7 Basic / 4 Advanced foot and lower leg strengthening exercises to compliment the minimalist approach and/or simply to strengthen the feet of runners and the general public.  For simplicity, GoodGuysTri produced 2 separate movies.  The first video demonstrates all ‘basic’ exercises and the second video demonstrates all ‘advanced’ exercises.
