Dynamic ROM exercises are quite often an easily overlooked training tool that a runner can use to teach proper form and/or address soft tissue imbalances.  Whether injured or not, a runner can use them to encourage more efficient stride patterns and increase awareness to flexibility.  Excellent as a warm-up, cool-down, or recovery, these exercises are great for helping to get your body ready to run.

In this video, we’ve put together a short routine of our favourites that can be performed in 5 minutes or less, before or after a run.
