Top Health Books: A Few Favourites and Recent Reads

health and wellness books
When it comes to all things health – we are definitely book worms!  The body is incredible and the more we learn, the more we realize how intricately connected everything is.  We feel strongly that in any specialty health profession, it’s important to not only focus on your specialty, but also acknowledge the broader picture and recognize what other factors might be involved.  Over the years, we’ve amassed quite the library of books.  Here are just a few of our favourites to date; *Ease of Read = How scientifically written is the book.  A higher score means less background necessary in the subject to really follow along. *Practical Tips = Does the book give practical takeaways.  A higher score means there are more practical tips.
