Dynamic Warm-Up
Dynamic ROM exercises are quite often an easily overlooked training tool that a runner can use to teach proper form and/or address soft tissue imbalances. Whether injured or not, a runner can use them to encourage more efficient stride patterns and increase awareness to flexibility. Excellent as a warm-up, cool-down, or recovery, these exercises are great for helping to get your body ready to run.

We get a lot of questions in the clinic about ice vs heat when it comes to injuries. Most people have heard that they should use one or the other, but aren’t sure which is best for what injury, when it should be applied, for how long, and most importantly, what the heck does it do anyway?!
