At SoleFit, we’re always on the lookout for mobility tools that can help us at home. We came across floss bands about a year and a half ago and have been very impressed with how they work in our clinic. Thanks for posting the video on how to use the floss bands. I have mentioned the use of the bands to a few individuals who have also purchased the book Ready to Run and this will be helpful if they decide to use the bands. By the way this book and the Supple Leopard are both excellent reference book on mobility.
